CHRISTOPHER G. NOWAK

Proudly born and raised in Middleton, MA, I attended Masconomet Regional High School and, following in the footsteps of my father, furthered my education at Massachusetts Maritime Academy. The values of leadership, knowledge, discipline, and integrity were instilled in me. After graduating magna cum laude with a B.S. in marine transportation and earning my USCG 3rd mate unlimited license, I started my career as a deck officer aboard US-flagged seagoing vessels. During my time at sea, I’ve traveled to 5 of the 7 continents, 20+ countries and territories, and over half of the states in the US. I’ve had the privilege of meeting and connecting with people from all walks of life.
 
Ever since I was a young boy, I’ve always loved the great state of New Hampshire and knew that I would move there as soon as I could. At 23 years old, I purchased my first property in Dover, NH. I quickly fell further in love with NH and the Seacoast area. After my first purchase, I was hooked on real estate. I started spending my free time educating myself and reading about the markets, rates, etc. It’s not just a job, it’s become a passion of mine.          
 
Sailing as chief mate unlimited (second in command) aboard various types of ships has equipped me with the skill set necessary to help you achieve the highest level of success in your home buying/selling endeavors. I run a tight ship, both at sea and ashore. Attention to detail, honesty, transparency, and your overall satisfaction from start to finish is of the utmost importance to me.
